Verkoper Wouter Verheylezoon was heel correct, professioneel en sprak in verstaanbare taal.De offerte hadden we onmiddelijk. Het vertrouwen, van onze kant uit ook nadat we al meerdere bedrijven hadden aangesproken.Het administratieve verloop zowel voor als na de installatie verliep zeer correct.Bepaalde vragen werden na de offerte heel vlug beantwoordt. De installateurs waren zeer vriendelijk en hebben de werken perfect uitgevoerd. Enig minpuntje was dat ze de installatie helemaal hebben moeten afwerken toen het reeds donker werd. Toch is alles goed verlopen.Vanaf het eerste gesprek en offerte, vragen welke we hadden na de offerte, afspraken en planning tot en met de inwerkingstelling werden door Wouter Verheylezoon opgevolgd. Met alle juiste informatie en planning tot en met de keuring, hadden wij geen enkel probleem, en zijn nog altijd heel tevreden.Een pluim voor de firma Insaver.

De service van InSaver is zonder meer top. Over heel de lijn: van het heel grondige intakegesprek met de heer Verheylezoon, met meteen heel duidelijke, gedetailleerde informatie over het verloop. Alles verliep bovendien strak volgens timing. En route kreeg ik per mail voortdurend heldere informatie en de nodige documenten. Je voelt sterk aan hoe het hele proces door het team opgevolgd wordt. De installateurs waren heel professioneel, vriendelijk en hebben de klus feilloos geklaard, zelfs bij regenweer. De installatie werd, geheel voorspelbaar, goedgekeurd door een extern inspecteur. De opbrengst ervan overtreft de verwachtingen. De installatie is van een hoge kwaliteit, en oogt nog mooi ook. Het lijkt een beetje een sprookje, maar dit is InSaver: het doet wat het belooft. InSaver verdient het volste vertrouwen, en dat allemaal zonder voorschotbedrag. Na een jaar bekijk ik of een batterij nuttig kan zijn. Ik weet nu al wie ik daarvoor ga contacteren...

Toegegeven, we waren een beetje sceptisch en lazen niet altijd vraaie berichten op de review site. Maar gelukkig kunnen we vandaag stellen dat Insaver zorgde voor een perfecte installatie en een correcte dienstverlening. De afspraken mbt de plaatsing werden stip nagekomen. De plaatsers zijn behulpzaam, vriendelijk en hielden rekening met nog enkele kleine aanpassingen. De werken zijn proper, veilig en professioneel uitgevoerd. Van ons krijgt Insaver een dikke 10 op 10.

Very good experience with Insaver, who installed our solar panels. Very clear and transparent communication from start to finish. I needed to get in touch with customer service to rebook an appointment. This was done very quicky and efficient. Presales, installation and post-sales was all done by very capable people. Would definitely recommend!

Whilst not the cheapest, the experience was positive. Placement of solar panels and inverter were quick and clean. There was a small issue with the grounding which was quickly fixed when reported. Would recommend them.

Great experience !First meeting with their representative Bart Jorens was very informative and it was the first solar installer (after consulting 3 others) to really think together and get an optimal solar panel layout. Was also very honest regarding yield and not a pushy sales pitch. I also was interested in batteries, and again representative was very helpful to find the correct solution to my requirements, without pushy sales pitch.Took some time between order and installation, but this was mentioned before I confirmed the order.Installation went smoothly and as planned. Very friendly people. Very clean installation (outside and inside) and everything was nicely cleaned up afterwards.Appointment for inspection was very easy using the provided online links. Inspection was done and everything got a green flag !Last part was receiving documents to register with Fluvius. I received all documents from Insaver, including a manual with screenshots for each step I needed to fill out. This made this last step very easy !Very satisfied with result and would certainly recommend them !My installation is running perfectly since the installation. Great software/app to follow up your installation.They really give a full support from initial contact to final registration with the grid operator and possible subsidies you might be entitled to. Any questions I had during this process were immediately picked up and answered by Bart.All in all a great service en nice experience !Would certainly recommend them !
