Terms of Use – Insaver Websites

1. Scope

These Terms of Use apply to your use of the websites operated by Insaver (hereinafter referred to as the “Websites”).

Before making any use of the Websites in any manner, you must read these Terms of Use carefully. By visiting the Websites or using them in any way, you expressly agree to these Terms of Use. If, upon reading the Terms of Use, you do not agree with their content, you are requested to refrain from using the Websites any further.

The Websites and Applications are offered by Insaver NV, a company incorporated under Belgian law, with registered office at Centrum-Zuid 1199, 3530 Houthalen-Helchteren, and registered under company number 0848.444.746 (hereinafter “Insaver”).

3. Purpose and Content of the Websites

The Websites provide information and allow interaction with Insaver regarding its products and services.

4. Nature of the Information

The information provided through the Websites is of a general nature and users cannot derive any rights from this information. Unless otherwise stated, the information provided through the Websites does not in any way constitute an offer of services and/or products.

Insaver makes great efforts to ensure that the information made available is complete, correct, accurate, and up to date. Despite these efforts, inaccuracies may occur in the information provided.

5. Liability

Insaver cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the Websites, except in cases of intent, gross negligence, or mandatory legal provisions. Insaver cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from links or hyperlinks, the provision of incorrect information, loss of data, work interruptions, damage to programs, equipment, or other data on the user’s computer system.

Despite all efforts, internet services can never be completely free of potential security risks. Therefore, Insaver is not responsible for breaches of the confidentiality or security of user data, for example when the Websites or Insaver’s servers are attacked by third parties.

The content of the Websites may be adjusted, modified, or supplemented at any time without notice or notification. Insaver does not guarantee the proper functioning of the Websites and cannot be held liable in any way for poor operation or temporary (un)availability of the Websites.

The inclusion of links to these websites or pages in no way implies any implicit approval by Insaver of their content. The names, logos, and other signs used on the Websites (including but not limited to the Insaver name and logo) are protected trademarks and/or trade names. Any use thereof or of similar signs is strictly prohibited without the express, written, and prior consent of Insaver.

Insaver always reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use. It is your own responsibility to regularly review the applicable Terms of Use and to observe the latest version. These Terms of Use were last amended and revised on 18 April 2025.

New functionalities of the Websites, made available via updates, are automatically subject to these Terms of Use.

9. Applicable Law and Competent Courts

These Terms of Use are governed by Belgian law and must be interpreted accordingly.

In the event of a dispute, only the courts of Hasselt shall have jurisdiction.
